ABOUT COURTNEY

​I've been doing in-house training and teaching Pilates for over 10 years!  

My Customized Training Program mixes Pilates with Weights, Bar Method and Physique 57 inspired exercises to maximize a client’s fitness goals, increase flexibility and build strength.  I work with beginners, people with physical challenges, and professional athletes alike.  No matter your level of fitness, I can customize workouts that work for you.  

I'm constantly educating myself to stay on top of the latest trends in order to expand your workout options.  My original certification is thru the Physical Mind Institute in Pilates but I find mixing elements can sometimes keep peoples minds and bodies better motivated for  workouts.

I’m centrally located in Beverly Hills, but travel to clients’ homes all around the LA area.  Some have in-house gyms; for others we do a living room makeshift.  A mat, a band and a few weights cover it!  I work on your schedule with hours starting as early as 5:30AM.
